Refund Policy
NOTICE OF REFUND POLICY:

Background:  Campgrounds and caterers are requiring firm numbers earlier every
year and require non-refundable down payments to hold the spaces and
commitments for our rallies.

The following is the Mandalay Travel Club (MTC) Rally cancellation policy and is
effective immediately for all Travel Club rallies.
          
       MTC Rally Refund Policy:

A) Request for refunds of Rally-fees for any MTC Rally must be received fifteen (15)
days prior to rally start date.  Only the Rally “attendance fee” will be refunded in full
except for a $50.00 cancellation fee.
B) No refunds will be issued for request received 15 days, or less, to rally start
date.  
C) No refunds will be issued for Special Events scheduled prior to, or after a MTC
Rally.
The President reserves the right to review and determine reimbursement for any
non-refundable cancellations (of less than 15 days), which are due to a bona fide
emergency. A written request for emergency cancellation refund is required and
should be sent to the Board President.

A BONA FIDE EMERGENCY IS IDENTIFIED AS FOLLOWS:
1.)  Death in immediate family. (Letter of explanation and documentation showing
the relationship of the deceased, required.)
2.) Medical sickness requiring hospitalization or inability to travel.  (Letter of
explanation and copy of hospitalization or physician's statement verifying inability
to travel.)
3.) Mechanical breakdown of coach.  (Letter of explanation and repair bill, or
estimate, verifying expected date of completed repair would make coming to the
rally difficult or impossible).
4.) Natural disaster.  (A letter of explanation explaining how the disaster affected
you personally and prevented you from attending rally).
